Acting Out and Claiming Space was an exhibit displaying some of Canada’s best Aboriginal performance artists. During the festival, four artists made a statement by taking to the streets and speaking their truth.
Inspired by paintings by Norval Morrisseau, this is bold, typographic solution demands to be noticed in any space where the touchpoints will be located. The poster had a double purpose to reduce paper waste. The maker was to be placed at the site of each performance piece, claiming it’s space. The book is to capture the event.
